Pizza, pizza, pizza! Lots of calories in pizza. I had a big salad and one slice of pizza - I am full!

The gym was good - I missed the first half of the class so I went to the machines instead. I will have to get my routine written on a card or something, because I basically wandered around trying out this one and that one without a real schedule of ones to do. Next time I'll use the treadmill not the elliptical - the ellipical was weird. Tomorrow will tell whether the weight machines did me any good - I was very warmed up so I don't feel it now but tomorrow I should be sore if I did any work with the weights.

I ate a lot today and it was from bad planning - still "on program" technically but now I am really under the gun to stick to my calories ... or exercise my brains out!

I had pizza tonight too and it was sooo yummy ... but I had like 3 pieces but it felt really good to eat that much! I think my body was craving that sort of full feeling you know? Well I'll try to run tonight and hope I burn of one of those pieces!

Hey, at least you got to the gym! I'd love to join one, but its just not in the cards money wise right now. My running is great, but I really need a personal trainer for my "problem areas" and that just ain't never gona happen!!! Hope you have a great weekend, and have a great time at your gym!

MomofTwoGirls: I did start off by jumping rope and lifting gallon jugs with various amounts of water, doing routines that I found on line. There are some really great ones out there, and they are almost as good as a personal trainer. Good luck! MMS0823: I picture a pound of butter when I think about eating - that is what I imagine my fat to look like, and then pizza isn't as tasty!
