I have got to lose 15 pounds. What is it going to take? Would be great if I could just step into a machine and get it done this week, say by Saturday.
Having been unsuccessful in getting into the 140's for the past 20 years, I am not sure I can get there now. Going to keep at it though. One day at a time.

I think you'll make it. You've been more disciplined lately. Good food portioning and stuff like that. Keep up the good work, and the results will come.

It's the bread. It's always the bread. If it's in the house, it will be consumed. One thing I've noticed on FS is that many make it routine to stop at a restaurant or drivethru when running errands. If a snack could be packed for the outing instead, perhaps the effort would be enough to squash that calorie-killing habit.

For me to get off the last of my few pounds I was hanging on to I started to follow a macros plan. Everyone is different but that really helped me to make wise choices and stay away from items that would make my macro's go over.

Believe it or not I had never been able to loose even 5 lbs until a couple of years ago I heard about FatSecret app and lost 10 lbs in a pretty short time without dieting! All I did was be exact about putting in the app what I had eaten and by evening when the calorie grid was full, I knew not to eat a thing if I was serious about loosing the weight and guess what to my amazement it worked!!! But then I got lazy and stopped using the app and that was the end of that great start!! So here I am again and we’ll see if I can stick with it this time because I really need to do something about this weight!!! Wish me luck using the app because it’s the only way I ever lost a single lb!!!! So I hope I can stick with doing what I need to do putting in my meals so I can see when I’ve had all the calories I’m allowed etc….❣️🙏🏻❤️

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I agree with Bananas that it more than likely the bread. That is my biggest problem. The first week of January I had zero bread, no cereal, no pasta or potatoes. Slowly I'm letting a little creep back in to my daily food allowance and I've had minimal weight loss. I may just need to wait until maintenance to enjoy toast for breakfast again.
