My 95 year old mom has been visiting us for last 2 weeks. Some of you may remember when I posted puctures of her at the gym with me. She was 85. She even had a trainer! She had a stroke and had to stop but she is resilent! Im blessed !

Liv, thank you! She has a hard time getting around but she does what she needs to. I'm convinced all the exercises she did with her trainer to strengthen her core and assist in good balance contribute to her being here today!
