Jornal de abbadabba, 30 nov 22

Ok, 154.8 today. Still recooking and repackaging food. Gave my bread to my neighbor whose husband is in the hospital. Made spinach soup and turkey broth which will be soup tomorrow. Ate up the spinach salad topped with jello salad! Sweet and sour, very good. All the jello is gone now though.
I put the apple pie into containers, 175 calories each. Can't figure out what happened to the rest of the Brussel sprouts so I will have to clear out my fridge again to find them. I got some sugar-free creamer but it's kinda yucky so not sure what I am going to do with that.
Tomorrow I will make crustless quiches with spinach and broccoli and cheeses. Also planning on making meatballs. And pumpkin butter as well as just roasted pumpkin. Then I am going to visit my younger child who lives in Boston.
