Fasted 21 hours. Very dear friend was in town on business and came over to visit this afternoon. We talk every week, but it was wild to see her in person. She and her two kids visited in February of 19, two weeks before the world shut down. I made some hummus and pasta salad and veggies. Later roommate went to the taco truck. He let me buy this time. I went kinda overboard on sour cream, but their hot sauce is really hot 🔥 🥵.

Jen, yes in Tustin/Irvine. Came in a bit ago from taking Emmylou to the playground and some of these parents are so funny. It may be that we're just old, but I kind of tripped out on how the parents play with their kids on the playground, like they are kids themselves. There were about 4 parents running, climbing and chasing their kids. I'm not saying it's weird, just different and first time seeing that in public. Interesting. Light sour cream does have it's place in a meal, once in awhile. 😉

Oy, that's a lot of energy. Rm and I always remark on how different it is now from when we were kids. Our parents were always yelling at us to go play so that the adults could talk and drink and smoke cigarettes in peace, lol.

Wow!! Food looks great and I admire everyone that fasts! My fast is overnight when I sleep! 🤣 I eat 4-5 meals/snacks a day spread out from 7 am - 8 pm with sometimes a spoonful of peanut butter at 2 am.
