The appointment for my foot surgery is end of March. My foot is killing me and not dancing is driving me crazy. But I think I can lose 5 pounds by the appointment for weigh in and get to below 169 which is "overweight" for my height and not "obese" Lol - could do it for my health but it's that note on my "permanent record" that is pushing me!
Plan this week is to keep to around 1000 calories a day, to balance out the 1450 average for last month. Then we'll see where I am. If I can keep at 1000 for the month and not feel woozy then I'll switch back to 1300 solid for the spring effort, which will include recovering from the foot surgery.
Also have been finding strategies for my foot pain. Turns out my standing desk makes my feet feel great - must be better circulation to my foot or posture when I am standing or something. I don't really know.
I have managed to shovel snow off my car this past two weeks: 40 plus inches of snow! so I am getting some exercise.
