Thanks, Becca! Sorry so repetitive. It's how I eat. Hope you and Joe are having a relaxing weekend. Acomandr, my roommate likes those. He made them in the air fryer. I prefer the shoestring ones, but I pretty much like all potatoes, lol.

Oh Jen, please don't apologize! I personally think eating thr same foods, especially seasonal foods, is the way to go. It's certainly how our ancestors ate. 👍
