Fasted 18 hours. Met rm's family this morning to do a charity walk for the humane society. It was raining pretty steadily at first, but eased off during the walk. But it is chilly and damp. Had this super yummy salad with leftover salmon and deconstructed French onion soup with gruyere cheese toasts for dipping. Very good and satisfying.
