END OF MARCH UPDATE

Kept to diet. No off days
Started at 125.6 and ended at 121.4.
Measurements show a nice improvement.
Have about 27 lbs of fat.. which is a fat percentage of about 23


I upped food this month moving towards 1400 calories and will continue to move up this month. Do not want to lose any lean body mass
Exercise plan is just to continue being active at this point. Hope to get my bike out next week and have some fun with that.




MEASUREMENTS I am still a bit round around the middle but I lost a lot of fat in that region specifically.

Awesome you are down all those inches! Congrats! I’ve been waiting for good weather to get my bike out too- it’s been spotty where I’m at with a few nice days and then freezing and wet again!

Thanks REM that is about how our weather is as well. I would be pretty dirty if I bike since it is wet but I would enjoy it a lot anyways. Been going to the pool instead but I find the bickering about lane space is upsetting me. I need my zen here

No off days! I always need a refeed or a whole week or two off when I diet. Well done.

Refeed is not really something I do. But as I keto still I sometimes have higher carb days because... they are convenient... but did not happen in March. They do not make much of a difference if I control my eating around them usually

The "no off days" is really impressive. When I can do that I can lose. After off days it's hard to get back "on".
