Week 11. Things are starting to click, not quite into gear yet but my head is turning to the idea of getting results. Bought a cute strapless dress for New Years Eve and if course, it will look better if I weigh less by then. Even 5 pounds will help. Been going to the gym or walking each day. Yesterday went to the mall with BFF and shopped for an hour. Maybe we walked a mile and a half but we got some good shopping done.
