Do the calculations, I should be down two pounds. So, I am not recording exactly what I am eating and I am not burning as many calories as I want to believe. Adjustments will be made.
Maybe a change up in the order of foods and adding protein throughout the day will help. It will definitely help to cut carbs altogether, shoot for 700-800 instead of 800-900, seeing as I underestimate anyway.
I am thinking that I might need to start running to get the miles in each day.
