Woke up at the same weight as I have been for over a week again 110.6 Diet Anniversary for me today. I have been doing this two YEARS. I have been at goal for over a year. Will just be doing left over borscht and liver pate today. Tomorrow is Canadian Thanksgiving and then we celebrate that. It will all be keto as usual.
