Finished the new challenge! Here it is my #workoutfriends #bootybuilders! Moving squats 40x, high kicks 50x, donkey kicks 60x each leg, legs straight up toe touches/crunches 20x, seated oblique twists 80x, mountain climbers 40x, rotational planks 20x, girl push ups 10x, calf raisers for 1 min, and arm circles forward and backward 40 sec each. You don’t have to do these reps!!! That’s just what I was able to do this morning, do what you can 🤗 it took about 15 min to complete the cycle. So it’s quick and simple! Good luck friends!
