So this is the 3rd day of my experiment: ONLY eat when hungry, just drink water if ur bored or anxious.
Already I’m finding that I’m usually not actually hungry! the human body gets hungry gradually, most stomach noises/feelings aren’t actually hunger. These last 3 days I feel light and not bloated, it’s very nice. Hope I can keep it up!
