Drastic measures start tomorrow. I down loaded the book Rapid Fat Loss and will start in tomorrow. 6 weeks to Valentine's Day, hope to lose 10 pounds. High protein, low carb and low fat. I like the plan since it includes one free meal per week, and then a refeed of just carbs for 5 hours a week. So that is a dinner out and a Saturday night date night. I have to get down below 150 by the end of February. I am kinda tired of not being successful at losing weight.
