Over the weekend I cleaned out the fridge. I prepped mushrooms, lamb burgers, bacon bits, and browned some hamburger. I mixed some mushrooms into a container of cauliflower rice. This week I have: meat, eggs, yogurts, salads, and nuts to get through, plus frozen broccoli. Going to make fatfree yogurt dressing and that will enhance every thing else. Dance tonight, xmas party tomorrow night, packing Wednesday morning and then getting my daughter for dinner. Focusing on intake and water. Not lifting weights these weeks, but dancing regularly. This week will be Monday, Thursday, and Friday dances. Trying a little fasting strategy this week also. Happy Monday!
