Thank you Switz and Becc. Fritzy, I found a hunk of tough roast in the discount bin at the grocery. Makes good stew meat for sure! Even if you don't have a slow cooker, you could make a five hour stew (I love forgetting about food for hours) in your perfectly lovely oven! 😁 And for keyten I made sure there was about 80% veggies! Although... She still wouldn't be thrilled with beef! 😁
