Fasted 17.5 hours. Not that i was so super hungry, but i slept like absolute crap last night (no idea why, just keyed up for some reason) and wanted to eat so can nap without a rumbly tummy. Had round 2 of takeout. Haha took stuff out of freezer. Putting off shopping! Walked the pup but otherwise dor.

Sometimes fasting makes me sleep poorly; I think the body releases adrenaline to compensate for no energy intake.
