Looking at my lack of progress for the YEAR! Gotta get in gear, head into the game, quit eating crap, yadda yadda.

First goal: get into the 150's. Calorie cutting, bumping up the water, increasing the exercise a little (back into the gym tonight!!!).

I haven't lost anything this year either and I weigh the same today as I did last October. But that is actually a win! True I'm not at goal yet, but to maintain my weight for a year is unprecedented!
