Today I tried on a shirt I have had for literally 23 years! I have a small stash of clothes I saved hoping to wear someday because they were special. I bought it to go out dancing with my husband when my oldest daughter was 6 months old. My girls declare it is the right style for now, so I can wear it again??!!

The "before" photos are from February of this year. I had already lost a few pounds from the high of 193. Today, in my old white shirt, I am a hair under 150.

Of course the ancient picture, with the new white shirt, is... a girl oh so long ago with a new hubby and a little baby.

I am so grateful to be feeling like myself again! I could not have done it without my family, walking hundreds of miles, lifting heavy things, and the support of encouraging people here!
