Getting down to the wire with my fridge. I have run out of cow's milk, now down to almond milk, evaporated in a can, and a container of whole milk at work. Found some tea bags in my office, so now that I am drinking less coffee I can have tea, not just water. I might go and get some salad stuff. But basically I am cleaning out my fridge by eating all the leftovers and random items. The internet is great that way, plenty of recipes for an odd collection of items! I am going to make chickpea muffins tonight, hopefully they come out well. I am going to use applesauce instead of eggs since I ran out of eggs.
I feel like I am still dragging due to the eye surgery, even though it was a quick surgery.
