Good Sunday morning, fs!

Well as noted earlier, i gained 3# this week, which really feels more like 8#. i am way off the rails. I am going to have to "dig deeper" as the trainer types say.

You bore witness to my stumble, and now you must pay. I am going to blind you with the force of these here bright pink sweatpants i found in the drawer with the tags on, size L. I don't know what would have possessed me to buy them, but i dimly remember a hoodie that may have gone along with them. Perhaps i had dreams of joining the cast of jersey shore?

I did not work out at all yesterday, opting instead to eat everything in sight. (Sorry loveshope... 😞) Today is a scheduled rest day, but i may do cize. Sometimes you just have to dance it out, you know? Tomorrow is a new week. Onward and downward.
