Recorded what I ate. Now to put in the candy.
I think the dance weekend is giving me stress. And the house guests. One is gone, the other will go next Friday after taking care of my pets and fixing stuff in the house. My house is just coming together, I am at the point where I am going to paint some walls. My yard looks great and the carport will actually be usable by the end of next week. Amazing.
So I guess I am making progress all around in different ways. Looking forward to the dance recital which is what I am calling it where I call a square dance kind of dance. In public, twice this weekend. Not sure what I am going to wear but probably something simple and comfortable. It's a very informal style of dancing so not many people dress up, although there is one guy who wears a jacket all the time.
Food: went out for chinese food last night and will log the leftovers that I eat today. I am starting November with the idea that I log all. Forgot my fitbit today of course though.
Went out into the field today - will do tomorrow also, and then I'll go home. I have to drive pretty far to get to my projects, took me a total of 3 hours driving to get to two sites and then back to the main office. So I am tired today.
I read about a study that shows that sleep reduces the amyloids that cause dementia so of course now instead of getting to sleep early I stay up and stress about that. As my house gets closer to being done I am stressing about renting it out but I don't have to so I need to cut that out.
My water intake has been up slightly, due to the fact that I cold brew decaf coffee to have at night. Coffee is what I like to drink so I am just going with it to get in the liquids.
One thing that really bothers me though: I had my navy blue coffee cup half full of coffee and then lost it. Monday I think I had it, and now I cannot find it anywhere that I have looked. The contents are rotting away somewhere I fear. Why? How did I lose that mug?

Our 'laundry room' contains a wide variety of items, and tends to be where I find a previously used beverage container the next time I do laundry.
