Made a plan and will shop today. Not sure I can give up milk but other dairy and meat I can give up for a week. Reducing processed foods also. Doing 7 days vegetarian, no bread or rice or potatoes. Lots of veggies. I already ran out of butter. Now that it is pumpkin spice time, I might make up some non-dairy "creamer" out of pumpkin, spice, and nuts blended together. See how it goes. Trying to go Mediterranean at this point also. My weight just seems to be soaring. Hope you are having a great day!
