Good morning, fs! Happy hump day!

Ugh. We stayed an extra day. I did not do well up north, and nobody to blame but myself. Then came home yesterday, and went crazy with pizza and bourbon.

I am somewhat aware it is because of tension -- tension among rm and his family (just normal family who love each other but also get annoyed with each other stuff, which is completely foreign to me), plus the stress of being an introvert staying at someone else's home (under the very nicest, most hospitable conditions). By the time we got home i was feeling so constricted and deprived. Also i keep wanting a "last hurrah" but heaven only knows how much weight i have gained on last hurrahs over the years.

Today i weighed in, and i have been 170 for the past three weigh-ins. I know that is good bc i have been eating off the charts. But have had my fun, and it is time to get serious!! I know what i need to do, and i know that when i put in the work, this thing works. #enoughisenough! #grindtime!

It is also feeling very much like summer is over and it is back to business! I have a lot of things to work on. But it was a super great summer for me!

Hope everyone is having a good week. Somehow the short weeks always seem the longest. 😀

Sorry you could not relax and enjoy the trip more. But glad you continue to have a great attitude! It's been a while since my Everything got sore; thanks for the reminder. Are those new dumbbells behind you?

One of the toughest things for me was realizing there's always a 'last hurrah!'. It's always a holiday, a birthday, a vacation. Realizing that is going to be your biggest weapon!

Ty @adef and @kahaz! @tomlong, no they aren't new. I have 2#-10#. Turns out they work so much better when you lift them up and put them back down occasionally. Those are 5s and 8s, just teeing them uo for shaun t.
