Good morning, fs, and happy September! It is cool and rainy. Feels a little like fall! I have some upcoming projects i am excited about. Plus rm is just about set to launch his business.

Today i have a fairly long to-do list of things i should have done yesterday and the day before. I need to do them before we leave to go up north this afternoon. I have laundry in and am set to run to the bank and target. I also have to do some food prep. Then double up on t25, dynamic core and speed 2.0.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Labor Day weekend. I am bringing salad and cut veggies and hummus. Rm and i are picking up pizza on the way for dinner tonight. Tomorrow they are grilling steaks. I am getting better at making it work.

I am into these supposed size L workout pants. They are pretty small, imo.
