Having a hard time settling down enough to focus. Going out now to prune some shrubbery, then go food shopping and then hopefully will be in a groove to prep some food. People coming by for afternoon tea tomorrow so cleaning up is on the agenda also. Weighed this morning off-schedule and am pleased to find that despite having way too much pizza yesterday, I am holding at 162 and measured 33.7% BF this morning. Really need to up the water intake and get more sleep. Maybe lifting weights will help that. I got the house cleaned up enough that I now have to figure out how to get to the gym. 6 PM update: Got a lot of yard work done, but because I was distracted and not cleaning inside - not going to the gym to get a good cleaning done. I have time in the morning though, since blueberry picking isn't until 1:30. So if I get a good night sleep (goal 1) I will be able to get to the gym and back by noon (goal 2). Maybe I will arrange to pick up one of my daughters so that will motivate me to get out at least. Happy Saturday!
