Holding today for whatever reason. Worked, walked and swam yesterday. It’ll move, I can’t have 3 lbs every week. Non scale goal: work my way up to a 30 minute swim. No flip turns, no stopping. No rules on the strike although I prefer free and back. I figure I can get there by June. In the meantime, we swim as long as we can and then do active movement for the rest of the thirty minutes. Found my cut off swim fins and a ton of goggles. I’m going to need better music options, wish I’d kept my tiny waterproof radio, but life goes on. New options are expensive, gonna need a payday. Oh, gotta do that tax thing, too. Not the most fun time of year. Happy Easter and April Fool’s. It’s a double bonus holiday. Triple if you count the full moon.
