I was fairly good this week and now the Sunday weigh shows that - yay!
It's motivating for next week, that's for sure. I am on my last week in the office before night shift starts and I think that I'll be fine doing that.
My mind is whirling around what to do for the fall - I think I have to get a roommate!

Hi Abba, your "drop" had to be nice to see. From your profile you are about 1" taller than me and we weigh sort of close. My goal is 130, but when I arrive there, I will probably strive for a lower number. With health issues at hand it is most important I get this weight off. What is the night shift in an office? I don't remember if you mentioned what you do. The roommate above is a kicker. Very cute. Have a wonderful evening abba and talk to you soon.

good for you!!! be choosy about a room-mate if you decide to do that ... nothing worse than sharing your house with someone you don't get along with!! LOL!!
