Today starts my elimination diet. Beef is the first food I will try to bring back. Chuck roast for dinner! After 2 weeks, I have more energy, I sleep better, better mood, skin is smooth & soft -no itching. My sense of smell is heightened. Joints are moving much better and muscle aches are all but a memory. My toilet "issues" are about the same, erratic. But, my blood sugar readings are dropping and they are leveling off. I am very pleased with these results and for the first time in months think I might have a chance at truly controlling my diabetes with diet, exercise and natural supplements! Please God give me the determination to complete this process to discover what is causing all this inflammation. I want to feel good again and stay as healthy as possible till you call me home!
