I am getting so close to the 100 pounds lost milestone! I don't know what to do to celebrate. Can't be a dinner out or anything to do with food. I'm at a loss! Any suggestions??

Me, I like to go and get a new hair style. I had 4 inches cut off after thanksgiving. Not to celebrate but to cheer me up because I gained. We girls do what ever it takes to cheer us up! Just do something nice for yourself. You deserve it.

Please don't do what many do, "go out to eat." Those are the old habits that cause the downfall, find a new way. Consider the cost of two going out to eat, $50 maybe? SPend it on something positive. Only yo know what that is. We all need to change our thinking. God bless and Merry Christmas.
