Cut long walk short last night. Tried yoga mid day yesterday, was great until the phone rang less than two minutes into ten minute session. Was not relaxing, will try again, but mute phone or go in another room. I don’t know that it will be yoga, but trying to break up the day a little.

Puppy class tonight, will row before so at least I break a sweat.

Blob up a tiny bit, everything else just holding. Good enough for the moment.
