Writingwyo im doing fine except i feel drugged. At doc yesterday and she said its the concussion most likely but having inner ear issue in addition. Thank you so much for checking up on me.

Tim ? Mark nside of box usually mans your phone doesn't support the emoji used . Example, iPhones have their own set of emojis and I have android phone so some of the emojis I use may not be compatible to the iPhone.💜

Thanks buenita!!!! Every day is a choice for me to eat mindfully. Wish it was easy. Hoping to get back to that place where i dont think about food and what i am going to eat for the day one day. Takes up way too much space in my head. God bless you sis and have a sweet afternoon my friend
