Apparently forgot to log yesterday so here’s that entry (159.6) and today’s. Soup had just a little sodium, but it’s just water. Did a mini walk yesterday and then took the dogs around Balboa Park for about 20 minutes later. It’s gone from a nice morning to grey and foreboding within the last hour, so i guess I will take them out in a few minutes before the seemingly inevitable rain arrives. Not complaining, we need it. Just don’t want to deal with Lili the mud dog.
Anyways, blob down, water up, muscle up. All good. Will row tonight since I didn’t last night. Trying to figure out if i want to do a rowing challenge since i haven’t been getting my pansy a$$ in the pool much lately. Not complaining, but long hair really complicates things sometimes. That said, not cutting it off anytime soon either.

I bet your mini walk was much further than the 12 minutes walk with baby steps I did with Bobby about an hour ago. He still gives me puzzled looks, like "what the heck?" Didn't even make it to the corner,but Mayne tomorrow. It might rain here as well

It poured here yesterday, and doesn’t look like there’s gonna be sunshine here either today. My mother was very beautiful and her theory was keep your long here as long as you can, for when you’re older that’s when it should be short. Glad you’re not cutting it.👍 Plus, it’s always fun to brace yourself for a tangled mess.😁

Its been raining when I'm not looking. The deck is wet and there are a few puddles. Our best chance for rain is this weekend
