How are you sweet yoh? We are almost at our 3 month mark!! Can you believe it? Hope you are healed and it’s fading as a distant memory. You went through so much. I’ll never forget you as a surgery twin. 😂😂🩷🩷

Wifey minus the tummy where the rectus diastasis muscles were stitched together im 99% fine. Started working out last week lightly for next couple weeks then harder. I feel so weak after my two workouts with trainer. Thankfully the pain is gone just uncomfortable tummy. Still wearing compression to help with that feeling. How are you my love?

I’m ok. Feeling something in my biggest incision still. At the three month mark if I still feel it, I’ll check with surgeon. I wonder if compression would help?! Just feels weird. Hard to explain, no pain…just sensitive? Nerves? Healing? Idk 🤷🏻♀️

Where is the biggest incision located? I have been told this feeling in my abs will probably last up to a year before fully healed and there is definitely still some swelling in the FUPA region. What is the feeling you are having? Is it sharp shooting electrical pain? That would be nerve regeneration which is a happy thing.

Totally different surgery, but when I had surgery on a broken arm (dislocated bones in my wrist), it took a year to heal. Broke my arm dancing at Hubby's company Christmas party 🥳 😏😁
