Did pretty well yesterday. Got my fiber in and upped my protein (thanks to hi-fiber tortillas and hi-protein yogurt) without breaking the calorie bank. Didnt eat after 7 so about an hour left to go til I break fast. Hmmm..what shall I have? Protein & fiber..
