I had to get some antibiotics over the weekend and ended up at the doctor. They took my weight so I’m gonna log it here. I didn’t do my usual strip off layers and take off my shoes so I’m not sure what it really is, but just to get on with the attitude of F the scale felt pretty good. Although…I’m happy the number is down and not up! 😉
