Company always blows my meal plans bc I make what they will eat. And rather than make two meals or have something completely different I just eat small portions of foods I'd not have eaten otherwise. To make up for the calories I tend to skip lunch and grab a muffin or something which is really empty calories. So yesterday was a wash. My own fault. Two weeks and the scale hasnt budged. But I wont give in. I can do this and I will.
