March 3rd is Girls Festival day in Japan. An event to pray young girls for health and happiness. “Chirashi-Sushi” or mixed sushi serves on the day with sweet sake which actually non alcoholic.

I made Chirashi-Sushi last night. This one has no rice. Instead I put “Cauliflower rice”.

Cappuccino and pastry was my lunch after rehabilitation.😝
