I need salad fixings for supper. Baked chicken and small chef salad tonight I think.
Made avocado chocolate mousse with stevia last night. It's good. A 1/4 cup makes a good craving satisfier. Lots of good easy recipes online with just a few simple ingredients on hand.
It's the little things that make the difference between sticking to plan and regretting a box of oreos the next morning, right? So Im trying..

Gray day here too. I got my 4000 plus steps in yesterday and hope to do so again today. My knitted vest is not going well and I just might switch to a shawl that fits all sizes. Our internet has been glitchy lately so I will wright again tomorrow. Make it a good one.

Today I have managed my 15 minute stretch routine and trimmed and dyed my hair. Never went out to get salad fixins, I'll have some other veggie side with my chicken tonight and go out tomorrow.
Internet is glitchy here too lately. Have a great evening. I think I'll make tea.
