Well Ive lost half a pound! Not much, but encouraging at least. Maybe this will spark a little losing streak. I sure hope so.
Im learning to stop looking at this so much like a *diet* and embracing this in more long term thinking as a new healthy relationship with food. Let every half pound lost be a delightful surprise rather than a disappointment of bigger expectations. Things are different at this age, but that doesnt mean defeat, just new ways of doing and looking at things.
