We order salads from Toss Up in Gardena almost every Sunday. They are a family business restaurant like the Korean restaurant we tried this past Saturday. We would like to support them rather than big chains restaurants. Family business restaurants have more feeling of tension and responsibility for their customers than big chains. When I see their passion to make customers happy, I recall my father and my younger brother who runs a repair shop for vehicles. My father past away 2 years ago though. He used to say that always taking care of your vehicle is same as taking care of you because well maintained vehicles saves your life. He always told their customers after checking their car.
