Cheated and had a peanut butter cookie (made them homemade per daughter's request, and fresh out of the oven...so, yeah). Plus i indulged in simple carbs I had been avoiding - slice of bread for breakfast and 1/2 cup rice for dinner - and thus gained back 1/2 lb :(
