Thank you! Nutrition is the most important. Moderate exercise is second. I Do NOT work HARD, especially long distance running. It just make me hungry and eat more than my daily calorie intake. I go to 9ROUND 2 or 3 times per week. This is 30 min HIIT. Slow stretching is everyday. Walking is every other day. Weight training is one day per week. Using my body weight exercise is every day. Taking bath tub every day for blood circulation. Eating breakfast and lunch is standing position and only dinner take a chair because I enjoy with husband. That’s the all I do every day. Oh, do NOT use paper plates for eating. If you want burn your calories as much as possible, use real plate and wash. Do NOT take lightly your domestic duties. Think these duties as exercises.
