Having same issue myself since I had an abdominal operation in April. Up about 10 pounds. Not earth shattering, but somewhat of a struggle. It's like some of my metabolism changed on 4/19. Multiple birthdays, anniversaries, and potlucks don't help either. But I feel like I am also back in the right direction. Keep focused !!
