AQUA THERAPY - I'm sure some of you know, but it was wonderful to actually be able to stand upright. To feel the bottoms of my feet on the pool bottom not just fire, pins, & needles. I was able to walk almost the full hour. Knee lifts, marching, and kicking weren't easy, but I did manage to do some serious stretches and just being in the water, made me feel alive for the first time in forever. Drive home was the best driving experience I've had in a very long time. Unfortunately by the time I got home (almost 8 pm), the joy was gone and getting out of the Jeep and into the house was a major ordeal. I'd hit the drive thru for dinner, so I didn't have to deal with that, just getting out of my swimsuit, & feeding the cats. Feet which had almost looked normal when I got out of the pool, were back to full Fred Flintstone size. Right hip was really aching, and right leg was back to it's usual BS! Rubbed everything with White Flower ointment.
Night 4 - no Naltrexone - Was finished eating my cold dinner by the time Bull came on, so took my 2 caps of Tizanidine, and all my supplements. Watched the News, and surfed the Jimmy's & Stephen. No zonking out at the table, so took my Melatonin and watched the first part of Seth Myers before deciding I was tired enough to try going to bed at 12:15.
1:30 pain not too bad, just a quick stretch and turn over
2:05 up - back to bed 2:15
3:50 stretch, stretch, turn, turn
5:05 up - back to bed 5:15 arrange pillows
6 - turn, rearrange pillows
6:50 - turn, stretch, reset alarm clock for 7:30
7:20 - stretch, reset alarm clock for 7:45, turn
7:35 - stretch, kick, turn, reset alarm clock for 7:55
7:50 -turn, rearrange pillows
7:55 - snooze button, turn, turn, it's Friday Get the F up!
Grab underwear, & phone, weigh in after brushing teeth. YAY, Green Arrow! Surprised since ate so late again, and haven't gone since Tuesday, but all that movement in the pool obviously freed up something somewhere. Take Amour Thyroid, another quick rub down with White Flower ointment, dress, feed cats, and out the door. Freaking Bell Road! No lie - every single light turned red, even if it was just a couple of driveways apart, for the entire commute to work. Pain off the charts by the time I got here, (17 minutes late clocking in).

Took Losartan, Bupropion, & Aspirin as no time to take them at home again. Thankfully I'd gotten coffee last night on the way home, cuz boss is already bitching about the way I smell. You want me here, and here I be, but that means I'll be using my pain creams and ointments to get me thru, so tough if you can't stand the way the smell! Not sorry, but just going to order delivery and stay in my fishbowl as much as possible.

Hope you all have a great weekend. I'm supposed to do lunch with my friends again tomorrow, so fingers crossed it's another good outing like last month.
