Hello Monday my FS friends. No weigh in's or recording this weekend due to many things.

Saturday = no house cleaning, as Allyson (my sister's neighbor) decided to do other things, after he'd committed to cleaning at my house. Meanwhile I'd placed a order including a mop/bucket combo which meant I had to drive to Walmart, thankfully they're still offering curbside pick up, drive back home, and unload everything by myself. Unfortunately moving more slowly and painfully from my fall. By the time I was finished, it was time to load up LG, and head to the Vet's, which took 20 minutes in my condition.

Hallelujah, the vet tech came out to get her, and I didn't have to go inside to wait. I did have to sit there curbside for over an hour to deal with numerous calls about her issues and care. She's managed to GAIN weight, now 16 lbs. Not good, since I've been feeding her the weight loss food for a year. I'm pretty sure that she had dropped some weight but that was before my return to corporate. I'm putting it down to her not having me working from home to monitor her consumption now. Miraculously all of her tests, and treatments were covered by the care package, so no out of pocket dollars this trip. Plus the new vet was able to make some suggestions, which might help me with the whole cat feeding situation down the road. Back home, wrestled her out of the jeep and into the house, and finally able to lay down for a bit. None of this was easy, due to my lack of strength, inability to stand unsupported, and the carrier is bulky! So getting her 16 lbs moved from the jeep, to the walker and then from the walker to the floor inside the front door, since I couldn't pick the walker up with her on it, all took another 15-20 minutes.

Sunday - SO EXCITED - Bond at the theater with my neighbor, lil sis, and an old friend. POPCORN at the Harkins, YUM! I got an actual seat since the Harkins North Valley 16 still has stadium seats. I used my walker, not a wheelchair. Worth the experience, but sad to see how empty the theater was. Then we all went to Molly's Thai Ban for dinner. The food was terrific. I was so pleased. Home in time to lay down for a bit before the mid-season finale of TWD.

No time this morning to weigh in, as I had a 7:30 phone interview scheduled. She unfortunately has to reschedule, so fingers crossed. I was surprised when two recruiters reached out to me on Friday. Maybe I will find what it is that I need. Fingers crossed.
