Acupuncture helped some last night. Didn't notice any immediate relief, but wasn't in as much pain as I've been the three nights prior. Also this morning my hip abductors weren't as tight, so I was able to get my shoes on without the stabbing pain that's associated usually. I did get my blood panel done this morning, but did end up being late. Therefore, when the front desk clerk went out to pick up our lunches, (my b-day gift to her), our boss just had to stick her head in my office to give her shit about how she didn't mind picking up lunch for just the 2 of us, but won't do it for the group. REALLY! If you're pissed at me, please don't take it out on the people around me. The atmosphere here is exhausting. I have to stop bitching about this place and make a change. Thank you for being a safe place for me to vent. Today would be my Mom's birthday, and is usually a day I would take off for vacation somewhere. Obviously not this year, but lil sis and I did go home in 2019 to put flowers on her grave. I could really use one of her hugs right now. Sad how half of those in the family photo below are deceased. I'm, of course, front and center, on the floor, in the blue and white dress.

Accupuncture is slow medicine. It takes time too work. Keep going, you'll feel the difference as the benefits accumulates. Like some meds take time to up in your system.

Hey Shirfleur 1,. The back row is all deceased; from left to right: my older sisters elbow and left arm are all that made it into the photo so you know she was making a face or something, my Mom standing protectively over her baby girl (lil sis) that is doing her best to escape our Father's grip, and in the other chair my oldest sister and her newborn who are staring across at whatever our other sister is doing. They are missed and especially this time of year is very emotional for me. The baby in Dad's left hand is my oldest brothers youngest. He is also deceased. So alive pictured are lil sis, youngest living niece, oldest sisters eldest (6 months younger than me), oldest brothers step daughter, me, oldest brothers eldest (3 months older than me).
