Still no weigh in, because still NO movement! 2 Tbsp Mineral Oil last night = nada so far today. Getting worried, so desperate means require desperate measures. That means I'll try an Enema tonight (I know - TMI)!

Thanks everyone for all the advice. Don't know when's the last time I went this long without relief. Before any late comers want to throw their hat in the ring...

I take Probiotics DAILY.
My diet is Fiber friendly. Heavy on the veg, as I haven't eaten mammals since 1988.
I polished off my Colace - nothing, & Miralax - nothing.
Tried my usual Go To's: Smooth Move Tea, Prune Juice, Fig Neman's, chocolate, and bil's Senna - NOPE!

Today makes it a week. I realize my life is very sedentary, but seriously I do not understand!

The things I’ve been told that you didn’t mention is walking more will stimulate the bowels and coffee and ice cream. I’m lactose intolerant so I’ve cream alone works for me lol. Coffee alone some times but not always. OR you could hang out around the drs office and follow someone around that has a stomach virus. That’ll get it all out lol. Won’t be pleasant though :/. That’s a joke by the way :)

It sounds like you are suffering from IBS-C and need to get that checked out. IMO

I had to do that after my C-section ... twice... it was still a challenge after that. It had been twelve days. 😬 I'm pulling for ya. On a similar note, I ate some green eggplant yesterday and OUCH. 😂😂😂 (I know you're beyond fibre). It sounds like you're impacted. Good luck with the enima.

I said it before, not sure if you've tried, didn't see it on your 'list'....but I'm tellin' ya....liquid magnesium citrate...

I'd recommend a Dr's appointment soon if none of those laxatives have worked. Miralax is an osmotic laxative so it draws fluid into your bowels, and between that and a fiber-heavy diet, you really want to make sure you haven't developed an obstruction. Adding more stuff into your GI will put you at risk for some pretty gnarly complications if it is an obstruction, so if that enema doesn't help, I'd defo recommend a trip to the Dr. Best of luck to you, and I'm sorry you've been in such immense discomfort for so long!

I have read that elevating your feet helps while on the toilet. If you have a footstool or something about 12" high put it next to the base of toilet with your feet on top so you are more in a squatting position. Something about putting more natural pressure on your colon is helpful.

With a sedentary life style probably added to your situation. Unfortunately telling you to get up and start moving, increase your water intake and green leafy vegetables may be a little late right now but if enema worked that will be temporary if you don’t get moving. Sorry if I sound cruel / not my intention. Also noticed a banana in picture. That’s a no no if constipated. Some vegetables add bulk - investigate your food intake to prevent again from happening. Also people panic if they don’t have a BM daily. Not necessary it’s whatever normal for that person.but also if on medication or a new medication can sometimes contribute to your issue. If doing an enema need to lay on your side and hold as long as possible Yes it will be uncomfortable but generally have good results. If not you may be impacted which might at this point may be needed to be manually expressed by a medical person. Going generally to a MD office generally useless they will send you to ER so save yourself a trip. They are equipped to handle these situations Hope you feel better after getting relief
