Jornal de Katsolo, 28 jan 21

We go down, we go up. Not entirely surprised since I ate late and worked out late. Muscle mass up, been working the lower half of my body since I'm not in the pool as much and not hiking the hills lately. Was ravenous this morning, but it's chilly again. Still waited until my normal time for breakfast. I hate eating when I first get up, always have.

No walk, no swim, spent an hour playing with the weight machine trying to figure out where I want this machine to live post pandemic. Not going to lie to myself, I think having it in the family room right now is a good thing because it's right in my face should I sit down to watch TV late at night. Can't really come up with an excuse if it's right there. Muscle is up, which is good, because my quads and my glutes are announcing their presence every time I go up and down the stairs.

Sitting here this morning just thankful for what we do have. Jobs, insurance, each other. Not going to go on and on. Life is good, we'll make it through. He's still in hospital, but sounded better on the phone when I spoke with him.
